Welcome to Brea Oakes Photography Studio! We're so happy you're here. These terms help keep things clear and fair for everyone.
Booking & Payments
Your session is confirmed once your required booking payment is received and your appointment is confirmed. Session fees and image collections are separate unless your offer states otherwise. Booking, payment, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies are explained in your client agreement.
Specials & Promotions
Giveaways, discounts, and special offers may have their own rules, deadlines, and requirements. A session fee or studio credit does not automatically include photos or artwork. Please read the details of each offer before participating.
Your Privacy & Photos
Your privacy matters to us! We will not use your boudoir photos for marketing without your written permission. Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Booking a session does not automatically give us permission to share your images.
Photos & Copyright
Our photographs, website content, logo, and branding are protected by copyright. Purchasing images does not transfer copyright ownership. You may enjoy and share your purchased images for personal use, subject to your client agreement, but may not sell or commercially use them without permission.
Emails & Text Messages
We may contact you about inquiries, requested resources, appointments, and special offers, consistent with your preferences and consent. Marketing messages may require separate consent. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails or opt out of marketing texts by following the instructions provided. Message and data rates may apply.
Website Use
Please provide accurate information when submitting forms and use our website respectfully. We may update our website, services, pricing, and offers from time to time.
